Cancellation
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the service amount.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling if there is not enough time to complete the service.
